Our Early Careers Development Programmes have been designed to identify and develop the future stars of our business. We want people who can demonstrate their enthusiasm and potential, and who have a strong academic background.
We recruit students into four different Programmes depending on your entry point: Apprenticeships, Summer Internships, Industrial Placement Students and Graduates. Once you have decided which Programme is right for you, you will have a choice of a technical Stream. Depending on the area you join, you'll be using your numeracy, analytical abilities and strong communication skills to help clients address key questions that affect the running and growth of their businesses. What will be the impact of rising life expectancy? How would the collapse of the Eurozone affect the world economy? Will we see an increase in anti-globalisation protests? Can we look forward to a rise in living standards? Or should we all be preparing for a fall? Aon's business is to provide the answers.
Early responsibility is a way of life at Aon. Our training will fully equip you to make an immediate impact on our business.
